Vilcon Hotel & Conference Centre is beautifully situated in rural surroundings with fine views of woods and fields. At our farm, we have reconstructed all the outbuildings, faithful to their former exterior but containing precisely what you need for smallscale courses, conferences or celebrations. The interior, which is stylish at a high level, invites peace and quiet and exudes an exclusive atmosphere. At the same time, we offer rich possibilities of physical activity in the adjacent sports facility. We intend to concentrate on arrangements for companies and institutions who wish to spoil their employees, customers or friends.

FACILITIES
Vilcon Hotel & Conference Centre has 37 well-equipped double rooms, offering such facilities as a minibar, hair dryer, trouser-press as well as telephone and TV with international channels. Several of the rooms are extra large and equipped, among other things, with a bathtub and furnished with a view to accommondating meetings etc. All guests have free Internet access (cable or wireless) The teaching rooms are well-equipped with new and up-to-date AV equipment, such as document camera, DVD, data projector and ADSL connection. And many of our pleasant rooms offer possibilities for group work.

LUNCH AND DINNER
Lunch and dinner are arranged individually, based on the composition of guests and the seasonal fresh foods. To go with your food, we serve excellent wines from our own wine cellar. Everything will be arranged well in time before your arrival to guarantee the best possible result. However, it will, of course, be possible to comply with your impulsive wishes - for a midnight snack, say - and we are very flexible about meal times. After the more formal activities, you may relax over billiards, various ”easy” games or merely enjoy each others’ company with good music and a wellequipped drinks trol- ley. Weather permitting, we might light a fire outside or heat up our pavilion.

LEISURE TIME FACILITIES
The leisure-time facilities are legion. In our sports hall you may play tennis, badminton, table tennis, volleyball and hockey. Outside we have a playing field, a petanque track and a camp fire. Moreover, the countryside offers fine opportunities for jogging or orienteering in the neighbouring woods. On arrival, you will get a route map with your key. In addition, we gladly arrange trips to the 3 closest golf courses (7-15 km), canoeing on the Tystrup Bavelse lakes and the river Suså, and trips to the Great Belt Bridge or to bowling facilities or paintball centre. 

KIRSTINES HOUSE
Our most recent addition is Kirstine’s House. Newly renovated and perfect for small conferences, parties or cooking courses with our own chefs. The main room, accommodating 12-16 people is equipped with air conditioning, leather swivel chairs and state-of-the-art AV equipment. The dining room seats up to 30, and the adjacent rooms are well suited for after-dinner socialising. Please call us for further information about prices for use of the house with full service.
